Would you like to present your own clinical PET cases live at EANM’26 during the “Residents 4 Residents” session? EANM launches an open call for residents to become one of four selected resident-speakers.
Who can apply?
This open call is exclusively open to Nuclear Medicine residents.
Application and procedure:
Application form: Residents must submit their applications via the open call application form (please scroll down).
Endorsement: To be eligible to apply, residents must obtain endorsement from their supervising professor, whose name must be provided during the application process. The supervising professor will be responsible for overseeing the scientific and educational quality of the submitted cases.
Case categories: Residents may submit their candidature for only one of the following categories:
FDG PET cases
PSMA PET cases
SSTR PET cases
other PET tracers (e.g. DOPA; FET; FES;FAPI;CHOLINE; METHIONINE; etc.)
Selection: The selection will be conducted through a raffle system. Only one candidate will be selected for each category.
Presentation: Selected residents will be requested to prepare interactive case-based presentations including live MCQs and multidisciplinary discussion, demonstrating how PET findings impact oncologic management in clinical practice.
FDG cases (one presentation of 25 min)
PSMA cases (one presentation of 25 min)
SSTR PET cases (one presentation of 20 min)
other PET tracers (e.g. DOPA; FET; FES;FAPI;CHOLINE; METHIONINE; etc.) (one presentation of 20 min)
What will the selected residents receive?
Free registration: Complimentary registration for the EANM’26, taking from October 17–21, 2026, in Vienna, Austria.
Free accommodation: EANM will be booking a hotel room and will be covering the accommodation costs for 3 nights (breakfast will be included).
Important dates:
Application deadline: June 11, 2026 (23:59 CEST). Late applications will not be considered.
Confirmation: The selected applicants will be notified of their acceptance on June 22, 2026.
