Clinical Audit Session
This session is organised under the auspices of the Section and Board of Nuclear Medicine of the UEMS (European Union of Medical Specialists, President Prof. John O. Prior, Lausanne, CH), which offers a program of accreditation of nuclear medicine departments and training center (Chair Prof. Raluca Mititelu, Bucharest, RO), a European Board of Nuclear Medicine giving the title of Fellow of the European Board of Nuclear Medicine (FEBNM) upon passing the written and oral part of the examinations (Chair Dr. Ilona Kulakiene, Kaunas, LT), as well as providing independent continuing medical education credits according to EACCME (Chair Mohsen Farsad, Bozen, IT) and being responsible to maintain the Educational Training Requirements (ETR) for the specialty of nuclear medicine with the syllabus (Prof. Haluk Burçak Sayman, TR).
This year, the Clinical Audits session will focus on the latest developments in clinical audit services, including presentations of the IAEA on Quanum 3.0, the CLAUD-IT project and address the workforce problem in diagnostics and nuclear medicine.
Finally, we will take a group picture for the 30th Anniversary of the creation of the FEBNM/UEMS examination in nuclear medicine. So, if you are a FEBNM fellow, please join us and come at the end of the session.
