1) Physicians or other scientists in training who will be under the age of 39 as of October 17, 2026, are eligible. For Junior Non-Members, the submission of a confirmation letter in English including their Head of the Department’s signature and a copy of the participant’s passport showing their date of birth is required as proof of status. 2) Nurses, healthcare technologists, or laboratory technologists currently employed must provide a confirmation letter in English including their Head of the Department’s signature as proof of status. Please send an e-mail to the EANM Executive Office upon registration at registration@eanm.org.
3) Only members who have paid the full amount of their membership fee for the year 2026 by May 31, 2026, will benefit from the reduced ‘Member’ registration fee.
4) Students with no academic degree who will be under the age of 27 as of October 17, 2026, including those who are pursuing a degree in unrelated fields, are eligible for a free EANM student registration. This means that only students who are starting their academic journey and who do not hold any academic title (e.g., BA/BSc, MA/MSc) are eligible for this registration type. The submission of a confirmation letter in English including the Head of the Department’s signature and a copy of the participant’s passport showing their date of birth is required as proof of status. Please send an e-mail to the EANM Executive Office upon registration at registration@eanm.org. Students who hold an academic degree and will be under the age of 39 as of October 17, 2026, should register as Juniors.
5) An individual accompanying a registered participant will be granted access only to the Opening Ceremony/Welcome Reception on Saturday and to the Closing Ceremony/Farewell Cocktail on Wednesday. They must be accompanied by the registered participant. They will not have access to the Industry Exhibition or any scientific sessions during the congress.
