Overview
The official housing agency ENITED has reserved various categories of rooms in centrally located hotels with easy access to the public transportation system. Rooms will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. Early booking is highly recommended.
Room rates are quoted in euros (€) per room per night and include breakfast, local VAT, and the Vienna city tax applicable from January 2026.
Any changes to the applicable taxes that may occur between now and the start of the congress will be communicated if and when they arise.
Booking procedure and payment
Hotel reservations are to be made through the online registration platform via https://enitedbusiness.eventsair.com/eanm26-congress-vienna/hotelreserv2026 or through the myEANM Area.
Room reservations can only be made online via the link provided. By submitting your full credit card details (card type, cardholder’s name, card number, expiry date, and CVC code) during the booking process, the total amount of your stay will be charged automatically.
An invoice and booking confirmation will be sent automatically to the email address provided at the time of reservation.
Liability
Should any technical reasons beyond the control of the organisers make any change necessary, EANM will not be held responsible. EANM are acting as agents and cannot be held responsible for any loss, injury or damages to any person or property whatever the cause may be. The liability of persons and enterprises providing means of transportation or other services, however, remains unaffected. The participant(s) take(s) part in any tour and trip at his or her own risk. Only written arrangements are binding. The sole congress city is Vienna. With your registration you authorise the organisers to use all registration data given in the registration form for the computerised handling of the congress and further communication with all respective suppliers. Austrian law shall apply and place of jurisdiction is Vienna.

Cancellation of room reservation
» Individual bookings
| In the event of a cancellation of your room reservation, please keep in mind the following dates: |
| Until April 15, 2026: no cancellation fee / free of charge |
| After April 15, 2026: 100% of the reserved will be charged |
Please note that in the event of room cancellations after the aforementioned deadline, ENITED Business Events and the hotel will try to re-sell the cancelled room to avoid charges. If this cannot be done, we will proceed to charge a 100% of the reserved stay.
» Group bookings/allotments
Conditions for reservations for over 5 rooms/persons are considered as group reservations and will be dealt by ENITED. A separate contract with the corresponding conditions for cancellation and reduction will be issued at the time of the reservation.
No-show
Any no-show, at any of the hotels mentioned on EANM congress list, will charge 100% of the reserved room-nights as a penalty fee.

The rates mentioned are valid for 2026 in Euro (€) per room/per night, including breakfast, VAT and local City Tax.
All room requests will be handled on a first-come, first served basis and are subject to availability and final confirmation.
