The Congress App will be available for download from all common platforms two weeks before the start of EANM’26.

Call for Abstracts

The abstract submission deadline is April 24, 2026. Authors will receive an e-mail notifying them of their acceptance on June 26, 2026.

Cancellation & Insurance

Conference Cancellation or Postponement

EANM accepts no liability if an event is cancelled or postponed for reasons beyond its reasonable control resulting from an act of God, governmental regulation, fire, war, terrorist activity or civil commotion. If EANM elects to re-schedule the conference, all registrations and additional items are automatically rolled over to the new dates of the conference. If EANM elects to cancel the event, the liability is limited to a refund of registration costs, subject to fees and conditions. EANM will not refund any travel costs associated with the cancellation of the event. Accommodation pre-payments will be refunded subject to the terms and conditions of the hotel.

Insurance

Delegates are strongly advised to secure appropriate travel and health insurance. Delegate registration fees do not provide any such insurance coverage. EANM accepts no responsibility or liability against cancellations of bookings, loss or inconvenience or theft/damage to belongings in this regard.

As an additional service, EANM offers the possibility to contract (during the online registration) a personal cancellation insurance. The cancellation insurance offered by the “Europäische Reiseversicherung” covers up to 100% of your registration fees and hotel cancellation fees in the event of your cancellation for any cause provided in the insurance terms.

Certificate of Attendance

Your certificate of attendance will be available in your myEANM-Area after the congress.

Closing Ceremony & Farewell Cocktail

All registered participants and accompanying persons are cordially invited to the Closing Ceremony and Farewell Cocktail, which will take place on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, from 11:25 to 12:15.

The Closing Ceremony will be held at the Hall A of the ACV – Austria Center Vienna and the subsequent Farewell Cocktail in Foyers of Level 2 (red level)

CME Credits & Certificates

To acquire your CME credits, you will be required to scan your congress badge before entering any CME session. A general congress evaluation form as well as an evaluation form for each individual CME session must be completed.

Congress Language

The congress language is English. Please note that no simultaneous translation will be provided.

Congress Self Check-In

To ensure a swift badge collection without long queues, please come prepared with your QR code and a valid photo ID to our self-check-in stations, located in the EANM Registration Area (Entrance Hall).

Congress Venue

The ACV is within 2 minutes walking distance from the metro station Kaisermühlen, VIC, right behind the Vienna International Center and the United Nation’s headquarters. The Metro U1 (Red line) is the only one connecting the city centre with the ACV.

EANM TV

EANM TV host Roy Sheppard will return with EANM TV, featuring cutting-edge topics and expert interviews. Details on topics, episode dates, and timings will be shared a few weeks before the start of the congress.

e-Poster Area

Explore all the e-Posters uploaded for the EANM’26 in the e-Poster Area. You can easily find specific posters by searching for the author’s name, topics, or keywords.

Insurance & Liability

The EANM Executive Office, the congress organisers, and the venue will not accept liability for any personal injury, loss or damage to property incurred during the EANM’26. You are strongly encouraged to arrange your own travel and health insurance.

Lost & Found

A lost and found service will be provided at the EANM registration desk for the duration of the congress.

International Meetings & Announcement Board

Individuals and organisations are invited to showcase and promote their forthcoming events and congresses within the International Meetings & Announcement Board, fostering a collaborative platform for the dissemination of cutting-edge insights and advancements in the field of Nuclear Medicine.

Visit the International Meetings and Announcement Board, which will be in the Exhibition Area, to get information on upcoming events and initiatives.

Internet Corner

Internet access and limited printing facilities will be provided at dedicated stations across the venue. Please be mindful of others and limit your using time to maximum 5 minutes per person.

Lost and Found

A lost and found service will be provided at the EANM registration desk for the duration of the congress.

Medical Facilities

Medical assistance will be available throughout the congress.

Opening Ceremony & Welcome Reception

All registered participants and accompanying persons are cordially invited to the Opening Ceremony and the Welcome Reception, which will be held on Saturday, October 17, 2026, from 18:00-21:45.
The Opening Ceremony will be held at the Hall A/B/C of the ACV – Austria Center Vienna and the subsequent Welcome Reception will be in the Foyers in Level 2 (red level).

Parking

Private vehicles can be parked for an additional fee in the Austria Center Vienna parking facilities. The cost is €18,70 for one day, €31,70 for two days, €44,30 for three days, or €57,00 for a weekly card. Further information is available on the ACV website.

Photos & Videos

Please note that photographs and video recordings will be taken during EANM’26. By registering for and attending the event, you agree that EANM may photograph or record you and use these recordings for documentation, communication, and promotional purposes, in any media format, including websites, social media, newsletters, and printed materials, without further approval or payment.

If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please contact the EANM Executive Office in advance at communications@eanm.org. Requests for removal will be handled where technically and reasonably feasible. Images used in printed materials cannot be withdrawn. Unless you explicitly state otherwise by e mail, participation implies acceptance of this photo and video policy. For more information, please consult our data privacy policy.

Press

EANM welcomes bona fide representatives of print, broadcast, and online media to cover EANM’26. Accredited press representatives are eligible for a free press pass.

Press registration is open exclusively to professional journalists who can provide valid credentials demonstrating their media affiliation and editorial role.

Applications from pharmaceutical companies, marketing, public relations, sales, or advertising representatives will not be considered.

To apply for a press pass, please send the following documents to press@eanm.org:

• A copy of your valid, recognised press card or other official proof of journalistic activity
• A short description of your media outlet and topics of interest

Registration Desk

Review Centre

The Review Centre will provide congress participants with the opportunity to check the presentations slides that will be presented during the EANM’25. If you miss a session, you will therefore be able to review the slides after the congress!

Visa

All foreign visitors entering Spain must hold a valid passport. For EU citizens, a valid photo ID is sufficient.

PLEASE CHECK THE CURRENT VISA REQUIREMENTS WITH THE NEAREST AUSTRIAN CONSULATE/EMBASSY IN YOUR COUNTRY BEFORE TRAVELLING TO AUSTRIA.

All registered congress participants with a completed/paid registration can request a visa invitation letter within their myEANM-Area!
