Submission Deadlines
All abstracts should be submitted by April 24, 2026.

Notification of Abstract Acceptance
All abstract submitters will be notified about the outcome of their abstract submission (accepted or rejected) by e-mail on June 26, 2026.
Accepted abstracts will be scheduled either as oral presentations (TROP or FEATURED), oral e-Poster presentations (e-Poster presentation), or digital e-Posters only (no oral presentation is required).
e-Poster Area
All submitted e-Posters will be accessible in the e-Poster Area onsite (for all participants) and online (for participants with a full scientific badge) from October 17, 2026, onwards.
e-Poster Upload
All authors of accepted abstracts for digital e-Posters or e-Poster presentations will receive the upload link and guidelines after the acceptance notification email on June 26, 2026.
Possibility to Amend the Author Block
Please be advised that after June 15, 2026, no additional modifications or corrections can be applied to the submitted author block. If there is a need to change the presenter, kindly reach out to the EANM Executive Office at abstracts@eanm.org to request assistance.
Withdrawal of Abstracts
If you want to withdraw an abstract already submitted, please notify us via e-mail by July 6, 2026, at abstracts@eanm.org. Please make sure to state the title and control number of the abstract you want to withdraw.
Withdrawals after that date will still be accepted, but please note that abstracts may still be included in the publications.
